Couples therapy/
couples therapy
Every relationship goes through highs and lows. Sometimes there are phases when communication breaks down, intimacy is lost, or old conflicts keep resurfacing. In such times, couples therapy can be a valuable step to reassess, understand, and potentially reconnect on a shared path.
In my couples therapy sessions, I guide you through addressing the challenges you’re currently facing openly and without pressure. The process is process- oriented —meaning we explore what the right path is for you both as a couple and as individuals. Together, we’ll examine what works, what doesn’t, and what each of you needs to feel comfortable and fulfilled.
