Welcome

My decision to become a couples and sex therapist is rooted in the deep belief that healthy, fulfilling relationships are the foundation of our personal well-being and happiness. In a world often shaped by uncertainty and shifting social norms, I want to help people better understand their emotional and sexual needs, so they can create relationships that feel nourishing and meaningful.

I see it as my role to provide a safe and compassionate space where couples and individuals can openly explore their fears, desires, and vulnerabilities—allowing them to discover new ways to experience closeness and intimacy.

Born in 1981, I have been living in Düsseldorf with my family since 2018. Before that, I spent 16 years in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore, where I was deeply involved in the expat community. During this time, I had the privilege of supporting parents and families from over 50 nationalities as they navigated daily life in unfamiliar cultures and managed the challenges of multilingualism as couples and with their children.

These experiences not only deepened my appreciation and understanding of intercultural diversity but also provided me with valuable insights into a wide range of relationships and family dynamics. This knowledge greatly enriches my work as a relationship therapist, allowing me to support individuals and couples with warmth, sensitivity, and a broad cultural perspective.
