The focus is particularly on questions related to partnership, sexuality, and attachment. I use, among other techniques, mindfulness-based practices to promote a greater sense of well-being in daily life and foster a compassionate relationship with one’s own body and environment.

What is systemic counselling and therapy?

Systemic counselling and therapy do not view individuals in isolation but as part of a broader system of relationships, family, work, and social contexts. The focus is on developing new perspectives and solutions. The core idea is that every behavior can be understood in relation to its social environment and that changes in one area can have positive effects on the entire system.

Counselling and Therapy – A Subtle Transition

The terms “counselling” and “therapy” often overlap in practice. Counselling typically focuses on specific, time-limited concerns and decision-making processes. Therapy, on the other hand, takes a deeper, more intensive approach and may aim to resolve inner conflicts and recurring patterns over a longer period.
