With my holistic approach, combining systemic counselling and therapy with differentiation-based couples therapy, I support people in developing a deeper awareness of their needs in life, sexuality, and relationships.
Through solution-focused conversations, personalised interventions during sessions, and practical exercises for home, I offer individually tailored approaches to help you discover new paths, always aligned with your personal wishes and your own pace.
I particularly support you in navigating relationship conflicts and in addressing questions around sexuality, desire, body awareness, and attachment. In my work, I draw on a diverse range of proven methods from Systemic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as mindfulness- and body-oriented approaches.

Systemic counselling and therapy do not view individuals in isolation but as part of a broader system of relationships, family, work, and social contexts. The focus is on developing new perspectives and solutions. The core idea is that every behavior can be understood in relation to its social environment and that changes in one area can have positive effects on the entire system.
Counselling and Therapy – A Subtle Transition
The terms “counselling” and “therapy” often overlap in practice. Counselling typically focuses on specific, time-limited concerns and decision-making processes. Therapy, on the other hand, takes a deeper, more intensive approach and may aim to resolve inner conflicts and recurring patterns over a longer period.
